How do you handle returns?

Due to the custom nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns on merchandise. Please take the time to ensure your order is correct, including the decorating method and design you have chosen.

If your item arrives damaged, we will exchange it for the same item providing you notify us within 14 days of your receipt of product regarding the defect, and the original garment is returned to us.

What types of decorating do you offer?

We provide all manner of decoration: embroidery, screen printing, dye sublimation, direct to film, applique etc…different decorating techniques for different types of apparel. We can work with you to determine the best approach for your project.

Can I mix different shirt/garment colours?

Yes, different shirt colours can be chosen. However, the imprint ink colour must remain the same for all garments.

Note that certain inks will appear better with certain fabric colours. While white will certainly stand out on a dark shirt, it will be not be as noticeable on a lighter garment colour.

What payments do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard.

How is my order shipped?
Our normal shipping is via Canada Post. For rush orders, we normally ship via UPS. Providing a business/work address is recommended. Residential deliveries take longer and are prone to delays, as well as require someone to be home to receive your order.

What is the lead time for orders?
Lead times vary based on the size of the project and the types of products selected. We generally allow for 14-20 days from final artwork approval to shipping.
